Lawson’s Dry Hills are an award winning family run estate in the world-famous Marlborough region. The fruit is carefully picked, de-stemmed and gently pressed before a low temperature fermentation. The crisp acidity of this wine make it a great contrast to rich foods, such as pâté. Will improve over the next 5 years. Vegetarian/Vegan.

On the nose: Lime zest, orange blossom, hint of honey

On the palate: White peach, crisp and dry acidity
