El Xitxarel-lo

This still white wine is made in the same Catalan region as Cava and was created to promote the local wine. The bottle is uniquely designed, displaying a plethora of traditional Catalan insults designed to measure your ‘drunk level’. A wonderfully silky and fresh white that would pair well with any summery dishes. Vegetarian/Vegan/Organic.

On the nose: Apple, pear, citrus, hint of jasmine and fennel

On the palate: Citrus tones, mineral notes, hint of creaminess
