Part of a ‘personality’ series, inspired by the culture and history of the Nugan Estate. Aged in a combination of American and French oak for a year, this full-bodied red is best served slightly warm (about 18°C) and paired with slow cooked meat dishes. Vegetarian/Vegan.

On the palate: Plum, blackberry, black pepper, oak
