Toti Cask Reserve Dark Rum

This rum is a heady blend of pot still molasses rum and a special tropical-aged ‘agricole’ rum, making for a rum with full bodied flavour and a smooth finish. The spirit is finished off with some fresh Demerara sugar and a ‘dose’ of bittersweet blackstrap molasses. Toti Rum believes in giving back to the seas and wildlife that they are so passionate about - 15% of all Toti Rum profits are donated to marine conservation charities.

Nose: Caramelised banana, dried mango

Palate: Vanilla, ripe banana, treacle tart

Finish: Long and buttery - hint of liquorice
