This bone dry rosé is made from a blend of grapes grown in the micro-climate of Provence. Fruit is harvested in the cool hours of the very early morning to maintain freshness. Minimal skin contact after pressing results in a lighter rosé, that is fruity, well rounded and endlessly drinkable. A truly spectacular wine that cannot be found elsewhere.
