Arguably the finest white wine to come out of southern Burgundy. This full-bodied, ripe & elegant wine is produced exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, grown in limestone-rich clays soils, over a granitic base.
This distinctive wine is derived from vines over thirty years old, and is aged for 12 months. The wine sits on the lees (dead yeast cell by-product) for a time to create a fresh, well structured wine with just a hint of creaminess. An excellent accompaniment to sushi. Vegetarian/Vegan.
On the nose: Apple blossom, flint-like minerals
