White Wine
White wine can be made from light or dark-skinned grapes, as it is produced without any contact between grape skin and juice. Many white wines are made from the same grape varieties, such as the Chardonnay & Sauvignon Blanc grapes, whose profiles are then made unique by a combination of terroir & winemaking processes.
