This bone dry rosé is made from a blend of grapes grown in the micro-climate of Provence. Fruit is harvested in the cool hours of the very early morning to maintain freshness. Minimal skin contact after pressing results in a lighter rosé, that is fruity, well rounded and endlessly drinkable. A truly spectacular wine that cannot be found elsewhere.
On the nose: Spring flowers, clementine, hibiscus

Specially produced by one of the best co-operatives in Northern Spain, which works with local growers to produce the finest quality grapes. Their modern winery then ferments grapes at low temperatures to preserve freshness. The wine is cold-stabilised and filtered before bottling. Bright and summery, this rosé is great with canapés or as a starter in its own right!
