Red Wine
Red wine is made from dark-skinned grapes. The colour & flavour of the wine is dependent upon the length of time the grape skins remain in contact with the grape juice. Common grape varieties include Syrah, Tempranillo, Merlot, Pinot Noir & Malbec.
